Dove Hunting Requirements
Essential Requirements for a Legal and Safe Hunt
Hunting License
All hunters must have a valid Texas hunting license.
Migratory Game Bird Stamp
Required for all dove hunters; can be added when purchasing your hunting license.
Harvest Information Program (HIP) Certification
Hunters must be HIP certified during license purchase.
Bag Limits
15 birds per day, no more than two white-tipped doves.
